The Cuyahoga County Convention Facilities Development Corporation (CCCFDC) is a nonprofit formed by the Cuyahoga County Council for the purpose of promoting the revitalization of Greater Cleveland/ Cuyahoga County and enhancing the economic growth and employment opportunities in the area on behalf of the County.
The CCCFDC oversees the operation and management of the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland and the Global Center for Health Innovation.
In addition to overseeing operation and management of County-owned assets, the CCCFDC and its board of directors approves the annual budget appropriation for each facility and works closely with the management team, ASM Global, hired by Cuyahoga County.
